PAPAYA FACE PACK FOR ALL SKIN

1.papaya face pack for dry skin

Take two small piece of ripe papaya,add one table spoon of milk and honey, and mix them well. apply on your face and neck. keep it for 20 minutes. wash off with cold water.it works as moisturizers.

2.Face pack for anti aging skin:

Mix 2 tsp of ripe papaya pulp with one tsp with one tsp of honey and half tsp of sandalwood.mix them and apply on your face and neck, leave it for twenty minutes and risen off with cold water.
3.papaya face pack for pimples and oily skin

Take two tsp of ripe papaya and multani mitti,mash them, apply on your face, keep it till dry. then wash off with cold water. you can see the change after wash the face. do this process for some days. the multani mitti absorb excess oil and papaya gives softness. it's good pack for acne and pimples.
4.Papaya face pack for all type skin

Mash two pieces of ripe papaya with two tsp of aloe vera gel,apply on your face and neck. leave it for twenty minutes, then risen off with cold water. this pack controls oil and dryness on your face.
5.Papaya face pack for pigmentation

Take two tsp of papaya pulp add 10 to 20 drops of lemon juice. Mix well and apply on face and neck. leave it for twenty minutes, wash offf with normal water. after some days the black spot and any other

sopt will vanish. you will get fair and smooth skin.

Small Onion for hair fall

onion is one of the best Tamil medicine for hair fall. onion juice is the best natural remedy for hair fall due to dandruff. extract the onion juice and apply for the hair scalp. regular application can reduce the dandruff so the excess hair fall is controlled.

Red Wine face mask

TAKE HONEY AND YOGURT AND ADD A FEW TABLESPOONS OF ROSE WINE TO THE MIXTURE.

APPLY THIS ON YOUR FACE, LEAVING IT ON FOR 20 MINUTES, BEFORE RINSING IT OFF.

FOR OILY SKIN , MIX ROSE WINE AND GREEN TEA WITH MULTANI MATTI TNTO A PASTE.

It gives such a nice glow and it remains for days

Apply this on the face, avoiding the lips and the area around the eyes. Wash it off after it dries. For dry skin, add red wine to aloe-Vera gel and dried milk powder. Apply this on the face and wash it off after 20 minutes. Use cold filtered water to wash off.

HAND CARE - 1

Scrub your hands at least once a week. take a teaspoon each of sugar , olive oil and lemon juice.And mix well . Scrub with thin mixture.After 5 mins wash your hand and apply moisturiser on your hand.

HAND CARE - 2

Make a lotion of 1 tsp glycerin,1tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp olive oil. mix well. Apply on your hand .Massage well .After 5 mins wash your hand. It will give soft and shine skin.

HAND CARE - 3

Mix olive oil and almond oil . apply on your hand massage well. it prevents your skin from dryness and wrinkle.

HAND CARE - 4

Join your both hands and rub them continuously. stick your hand fingers into one another and move.

CONTROL HAIR FALL -1

HEAT MILDLY OLIVE OIL OR ALMOND OIL .APPLY IT AND MASSAGE IN YOUR HAIR. AFTER 10 MINS WASH WITH WARM WATER. IT WILL CONTROL HAIR FALL.

CONTROL HAIR FALL -2

PUT POPPY SEED IN HALF A CUP MILK. AFTER 30 MINS GRIND THIS SEED WITH MILK AND APPLY IT ON YOUR HAIR .

AFTER 20 MINS WASH YOUR HAIR WITH WARM WATER. IT WILL CONTROL HAIR FALL.

CONTROL HAIR FALL-3

GRIND SMALL ONIONS AND APPLY THIS PASTE IN YOUR SCALP . AFTER 30 MINS WASH Y OUR HAIR WITH WARM WATER. IT WILL CONTROL HAIR FALL.

TO AVOID WHITE HAIR

Grind henna with some lemon juice and tea water. make a paste and apply it in your hair.After 30 mints wash your hair with warm water. It will reduce your white hair.

GLOWING SKIN - சருமம் படை போக

கசகசாவை எலுமிச்சை சாறு விட்டு அரைத்து தடவி வந்தால் உடல் சருமத்தில் தோன்றும் கரும் படை மறையும்.

Mix well poppy seed powder and lemon juice and apply on your skin. It will help to glow your skin.

DARK CIRCLE AND WRINKLES FOR UNDER EYE

1.apply a thin line of honey using the index finger under the eye area.

2. Produce raw potato juice, apply on your under eye area. keep it for some times and wash off with water. it helps to prevents wrinkle and dark circle.

3. Massage with almond oil for 10 minutes . it will be helpful to remove dark circle and wrinkle problem.

நரை மறைய முடி கருக்க-TO AVOID WHITE HAIR

வறண்ட சருமம்

1. வறண்ட சருமம் உடையவர் தேங்காய் எண்ணெயுடன் சிறிது எலுமிச்சை சாறு கலந்து தடவி வர சருமம் பளபளக்கும்.

2. ஆலிவ் எண்ணெயுடன் முட்டை கலந்து 10 நிமிடம் பூசி அலம்பினால் சுருக்கம் மறையும்.

3. பல் ஏட்டில் சிறிது எலுமிச்சை சாறு கலந்து பூசி வர முகம் வறண்ட தன்மை நீங்கும்.

4. தேங்காய் பாலுடன் தேன் கலந்து தடவி வர முகம் பளபளக்கும்.

5. பாதாம் எண்ணெய்,ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்,வைட்டமின் e எண்ணெய் கலந்து தடவ முக சுருக்கம் நீங்கி முகம் பளபளக்கும்.

முடி உதிர்வது நிற்க

1. இளம் சூடான ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய் அல்லது பாதாம் எண்ணெய் தலையில் தடவி மசாஜ் செய்து பின் குளித்தால் முடி உதிர்வது நிற்கும்.

2. கசகாசாவை பாலில் உறவைத்து அரைத்து தலயில் தடவி பின் குளித்து வந்தால் முடி உதிர்வது நிற்கும்.

3. சிறிய வெங்காயத்தை அரைத்து அந்த சாரை தலையில் தடவி ஊறி குளித்தால் முடி உதிர்வது நிற்கும்.

Red Wine as a toner

mix rose water-4 teaspoon along with 2 tablespoon of red wine vinegar. mix well in a distilled bottle and refrigerate. use within one week. i usually dab some on a clean cotton ball and wipe my face of all the grime and dirt. i use plain cold water to wash my face after that.

TO GET WHITE TEETH- 1

1.DRY ORANGE COVER AND GRIND LIKE A POWER. USE THIS POWER LIKE A PASTE FOR YOUR TEETH. IT WILL GIVE WHITE COLOUR FOR YOUR TEETH.

TO GET WHITE TEETH- 2

EAT SUGAR CANE BY YOUR TEETH. IT WILL GIVE WHITECOLOR TO YOUR TEETH.

TO GET WHITE TEETH - 3

MIX SALT AND LEMON JUICE .USE THIS TO CLEAN YOUR TEETH. IT WILL GIVE GLOWING TO YOUR TEETH.

TO GET WHITE TEETH - 4

DRY MINT LEAF AND GRIND IT LIKE POWER. USE THIS POWER TO CLEAN YOUR TEETH.

TO AVOID DANDRUFF

APPLY PLAIN CURD ON YOUR HAIR.WAIT FOR 30 MINS.

AND WASH WITH WARM WATER. IT WILL REDUSE YOU DANDRUFF.

TO AVOID OILY SKIN

1.

MIX HONEY,ORANGE JUICE, ROSE WATER AND MULTHANI MATTI { EACH 1 SPOON}.APPLY IT IN YOUR FACE. AFTER 10 MINTS WASH WITH WARM WATER. IT WILL HELP TO AVOID OIL IN YOUR FACE.

MIX WHITE PART OF EGG, LEMON JUICE,HONEY AND APPLY IN YOUR FACE AND WASH WITH WARM WATER.IT WILL ALSO HELP FOR OILY SKIN.

EYES - TO AVOID IRRITATION--கண் எரிச்சலை தவிர்க்க

கண் எரிச்சலை தவிர்க் ககண்ணை நன்கு சிமிட்டிக்கொண்டு இருக்கவும்.

FOR EYE BEAUTY

1. Grind almond with plain milk and apply around your eyes. it will reduce your dark circle.

2.Cut the cucumber .press cucumber slices gently against eyelids for 15 minutes to reduce your darkcircle and puffiness.

3.Soak cotton ball in rose water and place over eyes for 15 minutes. It helps to reduce dark circle.

4.Soak the tea bag in cold water for a few minutes and place over eyes for 15 minutes. It helps to reduce inflammation.

5. Take some grated potato and mix with grape juice in a clean cloth. Tie it and keep this on your eye for 20 minutes.Use this tips for both eyes continuesly. you can relief from under eye wrinkles.

1. தேன் , ஆரஞ்சு பழ சாறு, ரோஸ் வாட்டர் , முல்தானி மெட்டி அனைத்தையும் ஒரு ஸ்பூன் கலந்து முகத்தில் பாக் போட எண்ணெய் பசை மறையும்.

2. முட்டையின் வெள்ளை கரு ஒரு ஸ்பூன், தேன் ஒரு ஸ்பூன் , எலுமிச்சை சாறு ஒரு ஸ்பூன் கலந்து முகத்தில் தடவி 15 நிமிடம் பின் முகம் அலம்பினால் எண்ணெய் பசை போகும்.

3. நன்கு பழுத்த பப்பாளி பழத்தை அரைத்து முகத்தில் 15 நிமிடம் போட எண்ணெய் பசை போகும்.

4. வாழை பழத்தை நன்கு அரைத்து முகத்தில் 15 நிமிடம் போட எண்ணெய் பசை போகும்.

பொடுகு போக

தலையில் தயிர் தடவி ஊறி குளித்து வந்தால் பொடுகு போகும்.

பற்கள் பாதுகாப்பு

1.ஆரஞ்சு பழ தோலை காய வைத்து நன்கு அரைத்து பல் துலக்கி வர பல் வெளுக்கும்.

2.கரும்பை நன்கு கடித்து சாப்பிட்டால் பல் வெளுத்து பலம் பெறும்.

3எலுமிச்சை சாறில் சிறிது உப்பு கலந்து பல் துலக்கி வர பல் கரை நீங்கி வெளுக்கும்

4.. புதினா இலையை காய வைத்து பொடி செய்து பல் துலக்கி வர பல் வெண்மை நிறம் வரும்.
